Artist's Comments:

Ok, this one took FOREVER to finish - literally. I don't think I've ever spend so much time on one digital painting, phew. I did it in a million sessions, so maybe that's why it feels so long.

I had like a gazillion different reference pics, but the composition is something I came up with.

I think I spend the most time on the faces, the tees and Bella's hair, which I'm still not entirely happy with, but there's only so much time I'd spend on painting hair lol

I was pretty lazy with the background, but it wasn't supposed to take away from the characters.

The coloring is still off in some places, but I gotta say I'm done with it for now.

 

Tools: Photoshop CS3, Corel Painter 11, Wacom bamboo graphic tablet

 

I submitted it without the watermark because I think that kinda ruins the full view, but I'm asking you to please not use this art work for anything without my permission.
